DS-01 L Comfort package ventilation + stove

The DS01 L differential pressure controller is a safety device that enables the simultaneous operation of room-air dependent fireplaces for solid fuels with ventilation systems (not suitable for open fireplaces or open mode of operation). The negative pressure in the connecting piece to the chimney compared to the surrounding room (= installation room or air compound) is permanently monitored during operation of the stove. This means that there can be no negative pressure in the room where the stove is installed/air connection, and thus no dangerous quantities of flue gas can escape via the stove into the room where the stove is installed. The integrated evaluation logic prevents an overly sensitive response in the event of wind pressure fluctuations or during a cold start of the fireplace. In addition, a plausibility check is performed. If the air pressure monitor switches off the connected system, sufficient fresh air supply must be provided to operate it again. Note: The DIBt approval refers exclusively to controlled residential ventilation systems, but not to extractor hoods, although the DS01L also works with these. Pressure measuring adapter (1) and temperature measuring adapter (2) provide the necessary data for the operation of this electronic safety device in buildings with controlled living space ventilation. The adapter rosette (3), optionally available in black and silver-grey, provides an attractive outer form - by simply sliding it over the flue pipe. The rosette is available to fit flue pipes with a diameter of 130 or 150 mm.
