Thank you and Christmas greetings 2020

This time, the review of the past year 2020 is different than usual.

Although we can look back on a successful 2020 for the given circumstances, the way in which we were able to achieve this was not self-evident. Many thanks to all employees who have adhered to the constantly adjusted guidelines and thus made the almost smooth, but difficult operation possible. Special thanks also go to our customers, who always showed understanding, even when some processes took a little longer than usual. We will continue to try to make our customer service as fast and uncomplicated as possible in the future. Who would have thought that there would be a year without a single trade show in our industry and that we would have restrictions on our freedom to travel. All of this should make us more humble and strengthen our efforts to work through this pandemic together to get back to a normal way of dealing with each other. Last but not least, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our suppliers. Here, too, contact was and is limited. Despite all the restrictions, however, the supply chains could be maintained as far as possible. Thank you for that! As in previous years, we have also this year dispensed with Christmas gifts for customers and suppliers, and instead donated this amount to the Sternstunden e.V.
