Universal remote control for smoke, heat and CO alarms in the Ei Electronics wireless network.

Pressing the central button on the alarm controller executes the following functions depending on the situation:

Test
Puts all alarms networked by means of house coding into test mode to check them for proper functioning.

Locating
Switches off the acoustic signal on all devices in the event of an alarm, with the exception of the warning detector that initiated the signal.

Mute
Suppresses false alarms as soon as the alarm-triggering warning detector has been determined by means of the locating function described above and it is clearly established that it is an unwanted alarm.

Memory
Has a memory function to recognize the detector that last triggered an alarm.

The illuminated pictograms on the upper edge of the controller indicate whether it is a fire alarm (triggered by smoke or heat detectors) or a carbon monoxide alarm, as completely different immediate measures must be taken in the respective cases.
