The float switch made of V2A stainless steel is reliable, maintenance and wear-free and easy to install. The switch contact closes from approx. 4 cm level height and the voltage output from low to high. By turning the float body around, the reverse switching function is also obtained.
The output voltage of the mini float switch switches between 0 volts and the operating voltage when actuated. Suitable for direct connection to high impedance logic circuits, with common operating voltage to TTL or CMOS inputs. The float switch can switch only very low currents, e.g. a red LED with 11 mA at 12 volts operating voltage.The lower the current, the longer the life of the contacts. At 5 volts and 1 mA, the number of switching cycles is 1 trillion.
